Qigong
Qigong, pronounced “chee-gong,” is a mind-body practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that combines controlled breathing, movement, and meditation to improve health and well-being.
Qigong involves a variety of exercises that include slow, flowing movements, mindful breathing, and meditation techniques. These practices are believed to help regulate the body’s energy, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
Qigong is known to have numerous potential benefits, including:

Qigong is done in small groups,but 1 on 1 lessons can be arranged.
Qi-Flow for Beginners sessions are 45-60mins long.
